Paradise Overseas Property Consultants are happy to offer you assistance in finding a property overseas. We do not build properties, nor are we agents, we merely put the buyer, in contact with one of our exceptional overseas contacts. By buying direct from the builder, developer, or agent, additional agents fees are avoided.

After a few years of promoting properties exclusively on the Costa Blanca, we found there was a noticable change in interest from our clients. Due to the continual escalation of property prices in Spain, it appeared that a high proportion of clients had a budget which we could not cater for. Properties between 120,000 and 160,000 Euros, with increased interest in other areas such as Costa Almeria and Costa de la Luz.

Taking this on board, Paradise Overseas Property Consultants now has an extensive range of properties to offer in Spain from different builders, with prices starting from 60,000 Euros, going up into the millions.

None of the new build properties we market in Spain are prefabricated concrete boxes!!

Many more people are now doing some investigating into countries other than Spain, to try and get more per square metre. It is for this reason, that we are constantly trying to make new international connections, now with a good selection of properties in Dubai and Poland, Turkey is almost ready to go onto our property list and we hope to expand rapidly into other countries.
