United Arab Emirates

Roughly a five hour flight from the UK, the UAE is becomming a favourite with holidaymakers and city breakers, with regular flights to both Abu Dhabi and Dubai from several international airports, these are the hot spots.

The climate is certainly a major attraction, with year round sunshine and average daytime temperatures between 20C and 40C, it makes a change from the damp and dreary weather we are used to. It rains only a couple of times a year, mainly in winter (average only 12 centimetres a year).

The UAE is a large country (originally 7 sheikhdoms), predominantly made up of wide expanses of flat, sandy land, but does boast several mountains, beautiful beaches and further north, even some greenery.

Paradise Property Consultants have chosen to market properties in Dubai, as it is a cosmopolitan, rapidly growing city and this is where most of the development is taking place.
